We have the opportunity to help with the Haitian earthquake relief effort by being a resource for getting camping equipment to the people in need in Haiti. Haiti needs 300,000 tents….Yes 300,000 tents. MycampUSA.com and our manufacturing partners are going to be having a nationwide tent drive to try to help out. We would like to offer you a $25-75 credit towards the purchase of a new tent or sleeping bag when you trade in your tent or sleeping bag! Those gently used items will be shipped to Haiti for immediate use. This is a win-win for everyone…but mostly for the people in Haiti who have literally lost everything. This tent drive can’t replace family members or erase years of the inevitable rebuild that will have to take place, but it’s a step in the right direction. By participating in this drive you are able to upgrade some of your equipment while knowing that your older equipment is being put to a good cause. We will be accepting donations for tents, sleeping bags, and flashlights. We are only equipped to handle these traded items at this time.
